Wellness Counselling was created in 2013.
We all experience challenging times in our lives when we may need support, to find a safe space to guide us as we navigate life experiences and events.

Wellness Counselling therapy practice is based on my Psychology Counselling degree, Wellness tools and intuitive support/guidance to meet each person and their unique life circumstances.
​
Wellness Counselling allows us the opportunity to step into our power through authenticity and alignment. In our authenticity is where we find our personal freedom. In our alignment, we are able to create and have access to the best version of ourselves.

As we become 'unstuck' our creativity flows and we become productive and present in our lives.
