Wellness Counselling was created in 2013.
Wellness counselling is not only for times of crisis — it is a powerful support system for every person, at every stage of life’s journey.
If we look at the healing continuum of society:
Around 70% of people are experiencing distress, overwhelm, emotional strain, or simply trying to cope with the demands of daily life.
Approximately 15% are living with a diagnosed mental health condition and may be supported by medication. Research continues to show that medication alone is often not sustainable without additional emotional and therapeutic support.
The remaining 15% may appear to be thriving — yet even the most resilient individuals will encounter life-changing events such as grief, loss, relationship challenges, career transitions, or trauma.
Wellness counselling provides a safe, compassionate space for people to heal, grow, regain balance, and build emotional resilience. Whether someone is struggling, surviving, or thriving, supportive counselling can make a meaningful difference in their wellbeing and quality of life.
Wellness Counselling therapy practice is based on my Psychology Counselling degree, Wellness tools and intuitive support/guidance to meet each person and their unique life circumstances.
